A Cosmic Lighthouse for Curious Minds

Explore. Discover. Connect.

Pulsar is a non-profit organisation founded in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2025 to make astronomy accessible to all.

Through educational activities, public events and citizen science projects, we invite people to explore the Universe, discover its science and connect with one another. We provide the tools, guidance and opportunities to turn curiosity into participation and contribute to cutting-edge research.

Pulsar manages ExoClock and ExoClock Unlocked, connecting our existing astronomy community with wider educational and outreach activities.

Our Core Values

Scientific Integrity

We ground our work in scientific evidence and current academic and industry research. We evaluate sources carefully and communicate findings accurately and responsibly.

Science for Society

We make astronomy accessible and use its power to inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and bring people together through learning and discovery.

Everyone can contribute

We believe science is a shared endeavour that everyone can contribute to when given the opportunity. We create spaces where people of all backgrounds and experience levels can take part.

Our Activities

From remote research projects to school activities and shared experiences under the night sky, we create opportunities for everyone to explore, learn, and contribute.

Citizen science projects

Remote astronomy projects with everything you need to take part, with or without access to your own astronomical equipment.
